At first glance - a view of mountains and moon, and then the room appears, the figure emerging from between the blankets. The concept of "home" has been undermined in recent months, in my work I seek to wrap my daughter in an infinite sense of security, in the density of the room I try to make the viewer become part of the scene, as if he himself is curled up with her in the blankets. Since we have had to stay indoors a lot in recent years, the children have grown into these feelings of fear of the outdoors, so I turned the room into an open view of mountains, we are indoors, but outside.
I offer a different experience of the familiar liminal space, making it comforting in an intimate way.
